Placement Terms

This page summarises how our placement service works. The written agreement signed before sourcing begins is the binding document.

Placement fee

The placement fee is equal to one month of the selected helper's agreed salary and is paid in advance, before candidate sourcing begins. The helper's ongoing monthly salary is agreed separately between the client and the helper and is paid directly by the client.

Agreement period

Placements are covered by a six-month placement agreement that includes candidate sourcing and profile presentation, interview coordination, placement follow-up, and up to three eligible replacement attempts.

No guarantee of placement

We provide sourcing, screening, matching, interview coordination, and placement support. Availability depends on your requirements, salary budget, location, schedule, and the candidates available at the time.

Client responsibilities

• Interview candidates and make the final hiring decision.
• Agree salary, working hours, days off, and duties directly with the helper.
• Carry out your own household security precautions and any legal due diligence you consider necessary.

Scope of screening

Screening information and references are presented based on the information available to us. We do not perform criminal background checks, government verification, or legal work-authorisation checks, and we do not provide bonding or insurance.
